Actor Lee Jun Ki became Korea’s most famous actor.
For the upcoming 14th, ‘Seoul Drama Festival’ held an online popularity poll for a month and Lee Jun Ki received most than half of the votes and came in 1st place. The poll started last month on the 4th till the 5th of October and Lee Jun Ki received a total of 58.9% votes and became Korea’s most famous actor. Following him, Kang Ji Hwan placed 2nd and Gong Yoo placed 3rd. Like online poll trends, new actors received more votes due to their popularity amongst young adults.
Lee Jun Ki has recently been in conflict with his company and this result must have a more special meaning for him. His fans seem to encourage him with this online poll.
On the other hand, Lee Jun Ki’s recent drama ‘Iljimae’ is planning to be aired on the 25th of next month in Japan’s famous broadcasting program ‘Sky Perfect TV’ so his popularity in Korea is soon going to head on to Japan as well.

@suz.mal…it’s no bullshit…Lee Jun Ki is one of the most brilliant actors Korea has produced.I’d say that he is the best among the best.I live in Japan and he is very popular here and considered a top star.Also,he has many fans around the world esp. Asia.Not only is he a superb actor,he is also multi-talented besides having the gift of a good looks.On top of that,he is a down-to-earth person and he really cares about his fans and always gives his very best to please them.The names you mentioned being known to the world,how come I never heard about them?If you are not comfortable of Jun ki being no.1,then it’s best to keep it to yourself.You are being mean to us,Lee Jun Ki’s fans.I mean no offense just voicing my opinions just like yours…

Thats bullshit. He’s been in like 8 movies and nobody outside of Korea has seen them. What about actors like Song Kang-Ho and Choi Min-Shik? Actors the whole world knows.
